The Leader in Me

Promote behavioral change in educators, children and adolescents to develop the socio-emotional skills necessary for the challenges of this century and to become protagonists of their own lives and the transformation of society.

This is the mission of the Leader in Me program, which has been promoting dramatic changes in more than 3,000 schools in 55 countries around the globe.

The program was developed by the Franklin Covey Co. in the USA, based on the best seller “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and adapted to the Brazilian reality for elementary schools focusing on 4 and 5 year old children and from the 1st to the 9th year of Primary Education.

The Leader in Me works by living the 7 habits and breaking paradigms, helping students and educators to see situations in a different way (SEE), changing behaviors (DO) and thus achieving new and consistent results (GET).

Based on theories of human development, The Leader in Me promotes the structuring of the socio-emotional curriculum, enabling the development of 21st century skills, essential to make students more independent and confident, to succeed in school and in life and be agents of change for a better society.
